Your appointment time will be a special one-on-one visit with Dr. Kellen Smith or Dr. Susan Cedergren. Kellen and Susan and their team will take the time necessary to discuss your dental health levels, needs, and goals.

Once you have completed your New Patient Forms (which are downloadable from this website), please remember to bring them with you to your first appointment with us. During your visit with us, we will use photos and videos so you can clearly see and easily understand what is going on in your mouth. All of your options will be explained to you thoroughly, even if you choose no treatment at all!
We will also be focusing on your overall general dental health. By using technology such as Digital X-Rays, we can image your entire mouth in just seconds. This helps you understand your Oral Health Levels and how they may be pertinent to your overall health. We will ensure that all of your questions and concerns are addressed, with no pressure to proceed with any procedure unless you are totally comfortable – and completely understand the need for the procedure.
We will always try to keep your visit as efficient as possible, ensuring that it starts on time and ends on time. We always follow up every visit so that you can provide us with your feedback on how we can further improve on meeting the needs of ALL our patients.
