Welcome Smile Dental was originally founded by Dr. Bernard Boyko. Dr. Boyko worked with son Dr. Carl Boyko and eventually passed along the clinic to him. Carl maintained a high-quality family practice for many years and established himself as a leading-edge dentist with his passion for technology and creating beautiful smiles.
For many years Carl looked for an associate that shared his same vision and commitment to smile enhancement, and in 2007 he found Dr. Kellen Smith. Kellen worked and studied with Carl, and with Carl’s retirement in 2012 he has passed Welcome Smile Dental on to Kellen. Kellen is proud to continue the same guiding principles that Carl and his father brought to the practice.
This includes a conservative, non-invasive approach to all forms of General Dentistry. It is Kellen’s goal to enhance and augment the beauty that nature has provided you with while maximizing your oral health. Kellen’s whole approach is to make sure that every procedure is explained and that ALL your questions are answered before proceeding with your treatment. The Welcome Smile administrative team will actively work with you to assist you in make the best use of your insurance coverage, thereby helping you maximize your dental health.
